As a peer support specialist, crisis negotiator and coach, I know first hand how important it is to be heard. I also know what it’s like to want to vent without someone trying to fix me or offer solutions to what they think is a problem.
I have been in situations where I try to talk and I am constantly interrupted or my conversation is hijacked before I can even speak my piece.
With Take it Outdoors Life and Wellness I am committed to listening and not interrupting. If you want to vent, just vent. If you want to walk in silence, I won’t say a word and we will enjoy the sounds of nature. If want solutions, then I will ask opened questions to help you figure it out.
I have over 25 years of experience and over 10,000 hours of time spent on becoming the coach that works for you.
Can you hear that? Exactly!!!
When I’m not helping clients, I recharge in nature—hiking, fishing, or camping with the people I love most. It’s in those quiet, grounded moments that I’m reminded: no matter how tough things get, healing is always possible.
Send a message or call—we’ll listen without judgment, right from start.
Choose a time that works for you to begin your journey forward.
Together, we’ll walk, talk, and build real change—one step at a time.

Get practical support to handle challenges and rebuild connection.
Every tear, triumph, and sleepless night—I’ve lived them too, and I’m here to walk beside you and listen to what you have to say.
